Oh Rare! You are too good to us! Rare announced earlier today that Banjo Kazooie: Nuts and Bolts will cost a mere $40! But even better if you pre order the game, which releases this Holiday, you will get to download the orginal Banjo in XBLA.
And the fun just keeps on coming! Not only is the XBLA Banjo free for preorder-ers but you also get to download it 2 weeks before it becomes available for everyone. You're going to want to have the original because there has been hints that it ties to Nuts and Bolts through a feature called "Stop'N" Swap". Which allows you to unlock new super secret features in the original Banjo by playing Nuts and Bolts, but exactly how that will work hasn't been explained. But Rare has confirmed that there will be a demo available well before the game releases.
